Rapid growing IT company seeks qualified applicants for position of Cable Installer I, located in the Sioux Falls area. This will be a skilled position with little or no supervisory responsibility. Looking for an individual that will contribute to the organization independently by continued learning and obtaining certifications in this field.

Functional Responsibilities:

Duties are data and phone cable installations in nature, may have some variation, work performed under direct supervision following established procedures. Resolve routine issues, referring the more complex to the next level.

Applies basic skills and develops advanced skills in procedures, techniques, tools, materials, and/or equipment, as appropriate to area of specialization. Successful applicant possesses communication skills and willingness to work with others in a team environment.

Minimum Education/Experience:

Typically requires high school diploma or equivalent.  2 years of prior related experience in a similar field is desired, but not required. Two years of general construction experience will be accepted. BICSI certification preferred, but not required.

Respondents need to possess a valid driver’s license, be able to travel and work after normal business hours or weekends if required.
